As first time home buyers with lower credit, getting us to a new home was no easy task, but Jake dove in head first. We had a million questions, and he was always there to answer and guide us through this entire process. On top of us already being a challenging case, he did everything we needed during a pandemic which was also very difficult I?m sure, but he seemed to do it all with ease. We appreciate every thing he has done for us and love our new home.

Ali made it really easy for me. He helped get me to lowest monthly payment and APR% possible. Mercedes made sure that when I asked her to inform me of emails coming though, so I can make sure we close on time, she made sure to let me know as soon as possible.

Michael was very patient with us with submitting documents with some technical issues on our end. However, he remained kind as well as professional, and made this entire process easy for first time home owners. I'd give him a higher rating if it were possible to do so.
