I have NEVER seen a mortgage make it through underwriting as quickly as with Andrea's team. She was reachable just about any time and worked diligently to get answers to my questions. It was overall an outstanding experience however, as technology and tracking/organization programs are more commonplace, it was a little challenging with the various "portals" and dedicated apps and whatnot for the minutia of documents that go back and forth. This is certainly not an Envoy Mortgage problem in itself, or an Andrea issue either. Just a point for future mindfullness about the compatibility and ease of use for the end users.

Andrea and her team were amazing, and should be commended. I will be referring everyone I know buying a home to her.
