Everything went smoothly

OMG!! Throughout this whole process Jesse was more than engaging and knowledgeable. Never felt in the dark about anything. There is NO DOUBT that we'd recommend or work with him again.

Mark is always very thorough with his instructions to ensure you expect all of the steps in the process. He and his team are great to work with!

Jonathan was absolutely amazing to work with! He kept me in the loop every step through the process. I could call or text him at anytime. Even if it was a weekend he would still get back to me within minutes. I was a first time home buyer and he knew how nervous I was. He would explain everything to me. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family.

Lynssy was incredibly responsive and helpful during the entire process of buying a home. I never felt that I was lacking information while I was working with her. If I ever come across someone that needs a recommendation for a lender Lynssy will be the first name I give them!

Well - to begin with I just closed on my house. Envoy tried to help work through issues that came up and did a great job of following up with the status of the loan. They also had helpful videos to walk me through the process. Mark was very quick to follow up on voice or emails. He was often answering questions late at night and on the week-ends
