Great experience with Envoy Mortgage! My Loan Officer, Thomas Ammons deserves 6 Star review! He exceeded my expectations at every turn. He was efficient, professional and personable. He always got back to me within 24 hours and even better, always did what he said he was going to do. He answered EVERY question with patience and understanding, and gave me everything i needed to make informed decisions. He fought for me to get the best deal possible. I highly recommend Thomas Ammons.

Mindy always made herself available (including well after hours) and consistently made sure all questions about the process were answered thoroughly. It practically felt like she was buying the house with us!

Mr Paleologos made sure that my closing was on time. He managed to have the appraisal of my home Days before was due. He is a very polite individual and exceptional smart person. Always with kind words on our phone conversations made my worries about the closing easier.
