Doug and his team are absolutely amazing. They are FAST to respond and the communication I received was always clear for me. Most important from the beginning I felt I could trust Doug. I felt he was working in the best interest (financially and personally) for my family. The electronic process made the whole process easier especially given this pandemic.

Scott was not only patient but very knowledgeable. He assisted and advised me the entire two month process. Whenever something came up he was very punctual to make sure I met all deadlines to ensure a close. I have already forwarded Scott's info to a potential buyer. I did shop my mortgage with two other companies and scott presented the best reasoning behind why envoy would be the best choice.

The day before the closing, we were having some doubts about the amounts/numbers and were doubtful if the closing could be done the next day. When we relayed this information to Phil, he immediately went to work on our questions and called us several times with updates. The day of the closing, Phil went through all the numbers with us methodically and answered and re-answered our pending questions.

Daniel made everything very simple, easy and effortless for me! It was very helpful to have such great service!
