Janice and team did an outstanding job. Was so easy. We bought the second house we saw. Tristin our Realtor who recommended Janice was great with communication and explaining the steps and all the forms we filled out electronically. Were from out of town so it was wonderful we could have it done before we make our next trip out .

I selected Carlos as he was listed as a specialist in the type of mortgage loan program that we ended up using. He dialed in the specific loan type that suited my needs. As a result there was little wasted effort in securing a loan.

We?ve worked with Tara for over a decade on more than 10 homes in multiple states, and she continues to AMAZE us! Being self-employed isn?t always easy when it comes to approval, but she always finds a way?closing us on time or early. Her knowledge, generosity, empathy, and ability to put us at ease make the process stress-free. She truly cares about our family and always wants the best for us. We cannot recommend her enough-she is THE BEST!!!

Brian was very helpful giving intial advice on our situation. And then, when we ended up having to change some our plan about three times, he was very flexible and easy to work with and took care of all the details to make things happen. Despite all the changes, Brian helped us get the process done very quickly--ahead of our original schedule, which was already short.

The online portal and signing process was easy to use, and all the team were responsive throughout the process.

Our experience with Justus has been great and he has actually been one of the only saving graces during our recent process. Unfortunately our overall experience with Envoy and other team members was less than satisfactory and we would not work with Envoy again (with the exception of Justus) if given the choice .
