Easy process

I have worked with Dan for my home over the years and we also just used him to facilitate the purchase of my daughter's first home. I can't believe that everything went fine without any issues or delays at all. He is communicative and very knowledgeable. His help really made a huge difference for us. I trust his judgment and input beyond question.

Great job from start to finish! I had an 2 accounts on my credit that were negatively affecting my score. Jesse advised me which accounts needed to be paid and after I paid them, he he reached out to the bureaus for a rapid rescore. My credit score went up about 40 points, which qualified me for the Downpayment Assistance Program and saved me over $10k out of pocket! Jesse also got me a crazy low rate! Very impressed by the process with Envoy!

Working with Jessica Rielly and Maribel Guerra was SO easy and painless. They were always extremely responsive, had incredible availability to discuss any issues/questions, took time to explain things that we did not understand, and worked SO hard for us when we accidentally through some hiccups into the process. Will be recommending them & Envoy to anyone that is looking for any mortgage related services! 10/10 would recommend and will use them again in the future.
