As is to be expected, purchasing real estate long distance is a different animal than purchasing local.
It takes a person like Jeff, with his intimate knowledge of the system, his ability to move the process along in a timely manner, and his delightful personality to navigate any potential pitfalls. This he accomplished with great aplomb and I look forward to working with Mr. Tanaka again.
