Jeff answered all of our questions extremely fast. He always had a backup plan incase something did not go as we planned. Very talented in explaining things in a million different ways to make sure we fully understood. Great experience with Jeff, will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

The loan was approved on time although there was a last-minute document request just 1 day before the closing date.
