Good person and request a really good communication

This was my first home buying experience and I have to say, Mark has made it a seamless, and stress-free process.

Greg is just a great guy and is straight forward with on what will or will not happen. Very informative and patient with you. This was my first time with home buying and I am sure I drive him crazy with the emails, phone calls and text but he always answered my questions and never showed frustration.

This is our second home loan through Envoy working with Joel both times it was a wonderful experience.

This is the third time we have utilized Stephen's services over the past few years, and are always impressed by his ability to far exceed our expectations each time. Buying or refinancing a home can be an incredibly stressful process for the homeowner and I believe Stephen and his team recognize that and really work to minimize that for the customer. To put it simply, he just has superb customer service and in today's world, that is incredibly hard to find.
