Communication was great and everything went smoothly. I liked that everything was done online and I received emails giving me updates, and videos explaining the next process. The title company was prompt and efficient when she came to my home to sign the official docs. If there were any problems or delays, John communicated right away or looked into the problem. I would highly recommend them.
