Jermaine was GREAT. Throughout the process he was always open to hop on the phone and explain me in which part of the process we were. We had some complications in the process and he was actively calling me to make sure I was aware of what was happening and always provided me with different options I had to solve the complications. He is a great asset to Envoy.

This is my second time working with Kendra and both times she?s made the process easy and made sure I knew what was going on at all times. Kendra looks out for her clients and will do whatever it takes to make sure you get the best rates. I?m definitely going to be using her in the future when I buy a second home and highly recommend that you do the same.

Everything went smooth. Documents needed were asked for quickly. Very responsive to email, calls or texts. This was our second experience with Envoy and if needed, we?d do purchases or Refi through them again.

What made it great working with a very good experience lender. She was informative of all the steps that would need to be accomplished on achieving our home loan through Envoy Mortgage requirements, it made me as a first time buyer aware in how to prepare for a smooth transition.
