Tami and her staff made the whole process for a first home buyer who was very apprehensive about the process feel at ease. They answered ALLl of my questions and coordinated a lot for the process because work kept me busy and traveling. I honestly thought that the worst part of the whole house buying experience was going to be the loan process but they proved me wrong. I definitely highly recommend Tami and Envoy!

Mostly everything was online and the documents needed were clearly identified. Adriana promptly responded to any of our questions. The only slight snafu was the software issues at the closing company, but that was a separate issue and not Adriana's fault - she was able to resolve the matter so we could more forward and complete an earlier than expected closing. Thank you!

Mike and Lisa were simply the best. They worked with us over a period of 9 months until we finally secured the home of our dreams. Timely responsiveness; erudite comprehension of financial landscape, stellar advice

Justin is very communicative and friendly. It seemed like he was always doing his best for us. I never felt like the pandemic was getting in the way of good service from Justin and Envoy-- although we didn't meet in person for the whole process, my questions were always answered, it was easy to get Justin or other Envoy members on the phone, and the process was smooth and without hangup.
