Mostly everything was online and the documents needed were clearly identified. Adriana promptly responded to any of our questions. The only slight snafu was the software issues at the closing company, but that was a separate issue and not Adriana's fault - she was able to resolve the matter so we could more forward and complete an earlier than expected closing.
