I worked with Caren while buying my home in 2019 and had a great experience. When she reached out to me this year about dropping interest rates, I did not hesitate to refinance. She is professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable. I never had to wait long for a response from her and she was great with reminding me to submit things when I forgot!
