Nicole and her team were on top of every aspect of the process and made it efficient and seamless right up until closing. I especially appreciated the attentiveness and detailed communications directly from Nicole herself. It is apparent that she has a vested interest in her clients. Every request/question was replied to within the same business day if not within hours of hitting send. We have refinanced a few times over the life of our original mortgage but this experience was top notch.

Steven Abramson was very professional, always kept for up to date on the loans progress and notified me on a continuing basis. As for Envoy underwriting, they kept asking for the same items numerous times, would not keep my loan agent up to date and seemed to not believe the information i presented as a self employed individual. I have been a homeowner since 1974 and have never had this much hassle from underwriters in trying to do a rate and term loan (no cash out).

The whole transaction was very quick and easy. I prepared all the information that Peter asked me for and after two weeks we were ready to close. Peter Mauro is very communicative person and guide me and my husband through the whole process. He is willing to answer any question or solve customer's concerns. In Covid pandemic, to refinance with a "regular" bank is almost impossible. Working with Peter Mauro and his team from ENVOY mortgage was a pleasure. I highly recommend!

Lynn kept me informed about every step in the process. I am not very tech savvy, but Lynn made the e documents easy to do. Also the gathering of information needed for the mortgage process was far easier than I would have expected.
