Jake and his team were incredible. We were first time home-buyers and did not really know anything about the process and what was needed. Jake took extra time to explain everything to us and make sure we were set up to be successful even before we really started looking at possible houses. Once we did put an offer in our on house, Jake and his team were very transparent about everything, and very patient when answering all of our questions. He showed us all the different routes we could take to purchase and the benefits associated with each pathway. We could not have been happier with how everything turned out. It was the best home buying experience we could have asked for!

Denise helped us with understanding the process of buying a home and was so beyond patient with us and our crazy schedule. She was very informative and she worked into all hours of the day to get us where we needed. We appreciate everything her and the envoy team did for us!!

Joan was excellent throughout. Kept us updated on the status of our loan, answered questions clearly and quickly. The first house we were in contract on fell through due to the seller's financing problems, and we had a very short time to identify another property for our 1031 exchange. Joan bent over backward to make sure everything was in place in a timely fashion. We can't recommend her more highly...absolutely excellent.
