Fantastic experience every step of the way!

Toby truly cares about his clients, We had an issue come up with the appraised value of our home. The appraiser submitted the appraisal, it seemed grossly under valued, but we as the homeowner, just accepted it and figured our refinance a dead deal. Unbeknown to us, Toby was working along side his management and an area realtor, questioning the appraised value of our home. Low and behold, the appraiser came back - stating he had a 'software glitch' and the value was actually $40,000+ more.

Phil is solid. Knows his stuff. He is very easy to reach, he facilitated the process very well and was always fast getting back to me. I?m grateful for having worked with him.

Spokane?s housing market is tough and having gone through multiple lenders, Ryan was by far the best. He communicates extremely well, is through, his presentations are visually easy to read and follow. More importantly, we felt like we were his top priority every time we talked to him.

He got us the lowest rate possible and went above and beyond. We were impressed and will be using his expertise again for ourselves as well as family and friends.

Matt was very on top of everything and super easy to work with! Would definitely use him again.
