Rebekah has been working with me since last year when we tried to buy a house the first time. There was an issue and we couldn?t sign but she gave me the advice on what I needed to fix. The rest of the year I worked on that advice and we were able to pick up where we left off at this January and had a smooth closing process since then. She truly made it happen for us to be eligible for a first time home buyer loan.

Our paperwork was always delivered promptly and accurately. Matt was always available to answer any questions we had. Our realtor said he was the best lender she had ever worked with.

My ONLY complaint about the process is that DocMagic is much less user friendly than alternatives. Our realtor used DocuSign and it was a smoother experience.
