Communication and how smooth the process was.

Anthony did a great job explaining things and communicating. I will say it gets a little confusing when other people from Envoy get involved, and a lot of communication comes from a lot of different people.

Lastly, Michelle seemed to make a handful of mistakes that added anxiety to the process. For example, I recieved information about other peoples loans and also asked for things that were meant for others making it feel like she was potentially sending my information out on accident too.

Anthony was very involved and did well but the team streamlining process needs improvemnet.

Overall I can say my experience was top notch. The team communication was amazing and they stayed on top of everything and was very honest and transparent.
