Mortgage Payment Assistance

If you are experiencing difficulties in making your mortgage payment, we are here to help. Please call us at 1-877-754-0545 and ask to speak with a Loan Resolution Specialist or email us at servicing@envoymortgage.com. You may also contact the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to learn about their loan programs to help homeowners recover from natural disasters. If you would like to be reviewed for mortgage assistance, please follow the instructions outlined below.

Please complete each of the documents listed below under “Documents Required To Be Completed” and “Additional Documentation You Must Provide”. Envoy has provided three options (mail, email or fax) on how you can return this information to us. This information is listed below on the right side of the page. Upon receipt, Envoy will review your information and respond accordingly.

Documents Required To Be Completed:

Hardship Affidavit Form IRS Form 4506T Monthly Housing Expenses

Additional Documentation You Must Provide:

  • Paystubs (30 days worth)
  • W2’s (two most recent years) or 1099s
  • Bank statements (for the last two months, include all pages)
  • Federal tax returns (for the last two years, signed and dated)
  • If unemployed: copy of unemployment benefit/award letter and paystubs
  • If self-employed: year to date profit and loss statement
  • If receiving child support Income, alimony or spousal support – court orders, divorce decree
  • If receiving social security or disability income: award letters and bank statement showing deposits
  • If receiving rental Income: copy of the lease agreement and bank statement or cleared checks showing deposits.
  • If 3rd party contributing to income: need signed and dated letter with contribution amount and proof of income from the 3rd party.
