We actually worked with Dan Brown and he was very consultative. Although if we stay in our house for the full 30 years, we will wind up paying more .... the process was fairly easy given all the Covid stuff going on.
I would say there seemed to be a bit of lack of communication with the Loan Processor, but again, I think that just has to do with the Covid situation. We would definitely use Dan and Envoy again.
