About Dan Toth

I have been in the mortgage industry for seven years, and through many rate hikes and drops I have learned one thing—the rate doesn’t matter, but value does. I enjoy guiding first-time homebuyers through their first home purchase, as well as helping past customers achieve their financial goals. A referral from a past customer is the biggest compliment I can receive.

I have always enjoyed meeting new people. I love seeing people smile and the feeling it gives me when I know I can make their day better, even if just in a tiny way. Becoming a loan originator was a natural progression for me to make a difference in my community.

Don’t worry, I never use “mortgage jargon” and always speak in terms anyone can understand. Each time I meet a new customer, I make sure to mention my personal experience. When I first purchased a home 16 years ago, I felt like I was just a number. My goal is to offer superior customer service to make return customers for life.

When I am not helping my customers close on their dream homes, you can find me traveling, hiking, playing tennis, golfing, and exercising. I have also been blessed to have my parents close to me at just a short drive away and enjoy visiting with them regularly.
