Envoy’s Response to COVID-19

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we want to remind our communities that we are here for each customer, employee and referral partner.

Our goal has always been to help everyone love their mortgage experience, regardless of economic circumstances and that remains unchanged. We will continue to serve our customers by guiding, counseling and providing them the confidence they need to make the smartest decisions during this season of their lives.

In response to COVID-19 and always, we will continue to focus utmost attention on the following:

  • Prioritizing the health and safety of our employees and customers
  • Executing on our mission to be the best mortgage lender as we continue to lock and close unprecedented volumes without interruption
  • Taking heightened measures to protect ourselves and at-risk individuals within our communities from COVID-19

Here are some of the ways we are ensuring the continued health of our employees and at-risk individuals:

  • As always, customers will be able to apply online, right from their phone, tablet or laptop, using our automated digital mortgage application platform.
  • Envoy loan originators will continue to provide access to technology assisted appointment options to meet the remote needs of our customers via phone or video conference.
  • Our convenient, online closing alternative will enable customers to sign and submit most closing documents, so they only spend 15 minutes at the closing table.

Community is the tie that binds us all together and if everyone in our society cooperates for the greater good by social distancing, we will have the opportunity to slow the transmission of COVID-19 and greatly benefit the elderly and those with compromised immune systems.
