I have been in the mortgage lending industry for 28 years and I’ve helped thousands of current and potential homeowners make an educated choice for their financing needs. Through an honest and transparent approach I pride myself on consulting home buyers to achieve their dream of homeownership or improve their current mortgage terms making the process as stress-free as possible. Being a homebuyer myself 10 times over investor landlord flipper and commercial real estate renovation projects I have vast knowledge of how to finance any real estate project advantageously and also understand what it is like to be in the buyer’s or seller’s shoes. Working with an experienced professional who has been down the road personally is ultra-important in making sure your transaction goes smoothly!

I am a proud native Philadelphian and have lived in the city PA and NJ suburbs and currently at the Jersey Shore so I have an extensive knowledge of all markets in the tri-state area. In addition I’m a graduate of Central High School (Philadelphia) and Penn State University.
