 Born and raised in Mid-Michigan, Scott Fenner developed a strong work ethic and competitive drive from an early age. A three-time All-State high school wrestler and collegiate baseball player, he carried that discipline and determination into his academic and professional career. He graduated from Oakland University with a degree in Finance, laying the foundation for a career centered on strategy, precision, and client-focused solutions.

In October 1993, Scott Fenner relocated to Arizona, and by March 1994, began his career in mortgage origination with Household Finance. Since then, he has built a distinguished career in residential lending, closing over 3,000 loans and earning a reputation for reliability, transparency, and exceptional results. Known for his ability to think outside the box, he takes pride in helping clients navigate complex situations and achieve homeownership with confidence and clarity.

Scott Fenner is passionate about delivering tailored loan solutions that align with each client’s specific needs, while minimizing stress throughout the process. His business is built on on-time closings, open communication, and a commitment to doing what’s right for the borrower—every time.

Outside of work, he is a devoted father to three daughters and values time spent with family. He enjoys watching live sports, hiking, staying active, walking his dog, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
