Along side Myrick's extensive knowledge and ability to break everything down and communicate clearly, I truly feel like he cared the whole way through. This is my first time buying a home and I never felt take advantage of. Quite the opposite actually. I got everything I needed. I was expecting to get burned at the end and have to pay a lot more than what I was told, but closing came in over 2 grand below what I was told I needed. This came up huge for us and were very grateful for having the pleasure to work with Myrick. Myrick willingness to pick up the phone anytime or call back soon after a missed call was greatly appreciated as well. If I had a question, he didn't give me enough time to forget about it. I also never felt pressured into getting into a situation where I did?t feel comfortable.I would recommend myrick and the envoy team a thousand times over if I could. I truly enjoyed my experience.
