In-Process

We know that timely communication is what good relationships are built on. All borrowers and real estate agents on the loan will receive email and video communications that provide regular updates on the loan status. As an Envoy partner you will be copied on each of these milestones.

Post-Close

After each loan is closed, we take our service to the next level by staying in communication with our homeowners and business partners. We want our borrowers, business partners and title companies to be our #1 fans and critics. We show dedicated interest in you and your customer's experience by sending customer satisfaction surveys after each loan closes!
