To service our originators and branches most effectively, we use loan-level tracking systems to process service requests. This system permits us to track and constantly enhance service levels, identify training needs, and staff to a level that allows us to respond quickly from any production department, such as Underwriting and Closing.

Each quarter, our originators receive an override on their personal funded production for up to a 3-year look-back! Originators receive a quarterly bonus of 3 bps for everything funded in the current year, 2 bps for the previous year and 1 bps for the year before that.
