Our branch support team consists of associates experienced in origination, processing and underwriting to assist our originators with the “day-to-days”. Branch support liaisons are available via phone or email and usually can have an answer ready for you in minutes. Along with questions over LOS and file structure or automated underwriting and credit, these teams can even assist with questions about compliance, policies, file flow, products and procedures.
Envoy’s regional underwriting centers provide added support by having a dedicated underwriting team designated to your local area and time zone. Not only can you contact your underwriter for file related questions, you also have direct access to your underwriting center manager for assistance or questions.
Our Smart Desk can assist in locating guidelines, answering product questions and offering solutions for those complex loan scenarios.
