Jake and the entrire Envoy team has been nothing short of amazing. Communication was on point. They took time to explain every step of the process. They were professional and deligent for the entire process. Jake has checked in with me almost everyday, just to ensure I was doing well, to prep me on what was next and to take the time to explain in details anything I di not understand. It was an amazing expereince.
