ENVOY people are awesome. Very fast for me... I like that way. Thanks. Communication is okay so far and try to keep up.. but problem is finding the rate. Not hearing from Sam as much... I had to find best rate for me.. it could have gone down more. Maybe 1 or 2 more. I would love it... I knew it should be 3.135 or lower. Maybe 2.975. But. Could have got lower before I closed it and sign. I appreciate what ENVOY employees did. And they are great people and doing their job.
