About Cat Lopez

I have been in the financial industry for over 15 years and am very passionate about real estate because I’ve seen firsthand how purchasing a home can build wealth and stability. At the age of 23 years old, I was able to independently save money and buy my first townhome. Because of this experience, I want to pay it forward and help others purchase their dream home too.

Working with first-time homebuyers is rewarding, especially when they can attain a home and eventually leverage their asset to further grow their wealth.

I have even pursued continuing education and licensure to better understand the market and be more helpful to my customers.

Currently, I live in the East Bay Area with my husband and two young kids. When I am not at work, my second full-time job is being a mother. I take a lot of pride in that and cherish every moment I can since they grow up way too fast! I love cooking and seeing my family enjoy the food I have prepared. When my kids are sleeping you can find me binge-watching some very good TV shows (shhh…don’t tell them)!
