National mortgage lender, Envoy Mortgage, announced the hiring of Jennifer Dominiquini as Chief Marketing Officer for the company. Dominiquini brings with her over 27 years of comprehensive experience in building brand awareness, applying innovative marketing and mobilizing quantifiable digital strategy. She served most recently as Chief Digital Experience Officer at TDECU and previously as Chief Marketing and Digital Sales Officer at BBVA USA.
Dominiquini arrives at Envoy with broad understanding of the financial, media, retail and E-commerce industries and is skilled in digital marketing through SEM, SEO, affiliate, display, CRM and social media platforms. She is a skilled communicator and uses her proficiency to collaborate with executive cohorts and instill effective leadership through frontline teams, external partners and company stakeholders.
Dominiquini combines the use of digital and creative marketing, client experience and data science to further national brand awareness and foster growth strategy by implementing integrated marketing programs and digital transformation initiatives.
Previously at BBVA USA, Dominiquini strategically designed data-driven campaigns to improve client onboarding, cross-sell products and enhance customer retention. She also led a major rebrand of the organization, as well as developed a calculated approach to reallocating marketing spend to enhance return on investment.
Prior to joining the financial industry, Dominiquini led marketing initiatives and oversaw the digital success for E-commerce leaders such as BuySeasons and Evite, and served as Chief Marketing Officer for multiple divisions of Kmart and Sears.
In her new role, Dominiquini will oversee all growth and sales strategies by developing a comprehensive marketing plan that shapes Envoy’s public profile and drives borrower engagement. As part of her onboarding, a restructuring of the analytics team allows both departments to work in unison, leveraging data into actionable insights to drive profitable growth.
“We are very fortunate to have someone of Jennifer’s talent and experience lead our marketing and pricing strategy. She is an incredible addition to our leadership team at this pivotal moment in the mortgage industry. She has an extensive knowledge on various aspects of marketing, allowing us to put our best foot forward,” said Ron Millard, Envoy CEO.
Dominiquini holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in International Studies and Spanish from the University of Scranton. She is also a Fulbright Scholar with fluency in Spanish and Portuguese.
In her spare time, Dominiquini serves as a Board Member of the Center for Pursuit, a nonprofit serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and was a member of the Houston Mayor’s Recovery Communications Team during recovery from Hurricane Harvey. She is also Houston Chapter President of the CMO Club.
