2013 Tax and Interest Statement Notice

Please note that your 2013 tax and interest statement for income tax purposes will be mailed by January 31, 2014. 

If you made payments during the year to a prior loan servicer, you will receive two statements; one from your prior loan servicer, and one from Envoy Mortgage, Ltd.  For questions regarding the preparation of your tax return, please contact the IRS or your tax preparation advisor.

Special Notice for the Hearing Impaired

Our phone system supports calls from any state's 711 Telecommunication Relay Services (TRS).

When calling our customer service number using a TRS service, please instruct the TRS Communication Assistant to press “1” when the announcement begins to play.

This will connect you to a customer service representative.  Each of our representatives has been trained on how to assist customers that are calling via the TRS.
